I love to order many little dishes and share. It's the best way to taste many different things and to get to know a country's cuisine in one evening. In Spain they call it "Tapas" (an expression that most of the people know), in Portugal we call it "Petiscos".
We tried out the "Petiscos" concept at Taberna da Esperança in Lisboa and it was delicious. Here you get traditional Portuguese food with a modern twist. Furthermore, we really liked the atmosphere of the restaurant: small, cosy, funky, authentic. It's definitely a great place to go with friends!
Here are some pictures (they are in a lower quality as the light was not ideal).
