2 leek sticks
0.5dl olive oil
Peel and wash the pumpkin, carrots, potatoes, garlic and onion. Cut everything into pieces and put in a pot.
Arrange and wash the leek, cut it into pieces and add to the pan. Cover with water and bring to the boil for 35 minutes.
Remove from heat, add olive oil and season with salt. Crush well, rectify the amount of broth and, if necessary, add a little more water. Bring to boiling again, add the spinach leaves. Cook until the spinach is cooked, remove from heat and serve hot.
