Monte da Azarujinha is a rural tourism unit set in an environmentally friendly 140-hectare property that resulted from the renovation of a former centennial old farmhouse and the construction of a new building, consisting of five en suite rooms and a multipurpose space. This is a project by Aboim Inglez Arquitectos (Maria Ana and Ricardo Aboim Inglez).
"Our mission is to provide you with the experience of country life, in a family atmosphere, quiet and cozy and in close contact with nature."
Monte da Azarujinha is located 15 min away from Évora and the area is culturally very interesting. In a previous post we already talked about the beautiful villages of this Alentejo region. Despite of that you can do the "Rota do Vinho" (wine route) and taste amazing wines from Alentejo, vivit their production and learn about the Portuguese wine making. We loved our visit for example at Herdade do Freixo.
You can simply book a room for an increbile good price or also book the whole house (with cleaning service). This place is perfect for a family stay or if you want to discover the region with some friends and have privacy.
Book your stay.
