It's really true, the Portuguese 'Salame de Chocolate' (chocolate salami) is so easy to bake that there isn't even really baking involved! You basically just have to mix together all the ingredients, put it in the fridge over night and voilà! I love to serve this cake with coffee in the afternoons and if you have kids decorate it with colorful sprinkles. Enjoy!

Ingredients
100 g sugar
100 g chocolate powder
1 egg
140 g maria cookies or petit beurre
100 g butter
Powdered sugar or cocoa
Preparation
Melt the butter on the stove.
Mix well the butter, egg, chocolate powder and sugar.
Smash the cookies in a kitchen towel, so that you get small and big pieces.
Add the cookies.
Pour the mixture on the kitchen foil.
Roll the kitchen foil close so it takes the form of a salami.
Place in the fridge at least 3 hours.
Unwrap and serve in slices. You can also leave the kitchen foil and cut in slices (how they serve in many coffee places in Portugal).
Decorate with powdered sugar or cocoa.
